Subscription & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how Dr. Melaxin subscriptions work, including pricing, billing, the minimum commitment, and how to cancel. By starting a subscription you agree to these terms. Please read them before subscribing — the key terms are also shown at checkout before payment.
1. How the subscription works
When you choose to subscribe to a Dr. Melaxin product, you receive it at a reduced subscription price that is lower than the standard one-time purchase price. In return, your order renews automatically on a recurring schedule and you commit to a short minimum term (see Section 3).
You can manage your subscription — including pausing, skipping a delivery, or cancelling — at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
2. Minimum commitment
Because the subscription price is discounted below our standard price, subscriptions include a minimum commitment of 2 billing cycles.
- The first cycle is billed when you subscribe.
- The second cycle is billed on your next scheduled billing date.
- After the second cycle has been billed, your subscription continues on a rolling basis with no further commitment, and you can cancel at any time.
This minimum term is disclosed at the point of purchase, before you pay. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept it.
3. How to cancel
To cancel your subscription, simply contact us and request a subscription cancellation. You can do this at any time:
Email: [SUPPORT EMAIL] (please write from the email address on your account)
Once we receive your request, we will process the cancellation for you and confirm by email. You are never required to wait before sending a cancellation request.
4. When cancellation takes effect
- If you request cancellation during your first cycle (before the minimum term is complete): Your cancellation is recorded immediately and takes effect at the end of the second cycle. The second cycle is billed and shipped as part of the commitment you agreed to, and your subscription then ends with no further charges.
- If you request cancellation after the minimum term is complete: Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current cycle. You will not be billed again, and you keep any product already paid for.
In both cases you keep everything you have paid for, and no charges are taken after the commitment is fulfilled.
5. Pause or skip instead
If a delivery is arriving sooner than you need, you don't have to cancel. Contact us to pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery, which delays the next charge without ending your subscription.
6. Your statutory rights (important for EU, UK & certain other regions)
Nothing in this policy removes or limits rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.
- If you are in the EU or UK, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your first order. If you exercise this right within the period and in line with applicable conditions, it takes precedence over the minimum commitment in Section 2.
- Other regions may grant similar mandatory rights (for example, cooling-off or auto-renewal protections). Where such rights apply, they prevail over this policy to the extent of any conflict.
If you believe a mandatory right applies to your order, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will honour it.
7. Refunds & returns
Subscription orders are covered by our standard Refund & Returns Policy. Refund eligibility for products already shipped follows that policy. Completing the minimum commitment does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund for product you have received and kept.
8. Failed or declined payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again and notify you. If payment cannot be collected, we may pause or cancel your subscription. A failed payment does not cancel an outstanding minimum-term obligation.
